Return conditions:

  • Return period: 14 days from delivery date.
  • Restocking Fee: None.
  • Refund period: Within 14 days of returning the item.
  • Shipping costs for returns: On account of the customer.

All items must be returned in original, salable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached.

Right of return on the day of delivery:

Our return policy is based on the day of delivery, not the day of purchase. This gives you enough time to check your purchase. The return period begins on the day the item is delivered to the address you provided.

Under what circumstances do we offer a return:

- Cancellation of an order: If you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team at info@alvesh.com within 2 hours.

- Damage upon arrival: Check your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please describe the damage and attach photos if possible. We will issue a return, replacement or refund quickly and free of charge, whichever you prefer.

- Change of mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.

-Invalid product received: Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong product. We will take care of the return, replacement or refund quickly and free of charge, depending on your request.

Start of a return:

- Contact: Contact our customer service at info@alvesh.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue you a return authorization. You are responsible for the return label and costs unless the item is faulty or misdelivered.

- Packaging and Shipping: Make sure the item is in its original condition, including labels and packaging. Follow the instructions to pack and ship the return to the address provided on the return authorization.

-Required Documents: Include a copy of the return authorization with the return. If necessary, attach photos to demonstrate any damage or defects.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be transferred to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund method is the same as your original payment.
