1) Where is my parcel?
After you have placed your order, it takes on average 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed and 3-9 working days (Mon-Fri) for it to be delivered. If these deadlines have passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.

2) Where can I find my track & trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by e-mail. Also check your spam folder, because sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace link to become active.

3) How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order using the Track & Trace number that you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace number on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

4) I am not satisfied with my parcel.
You can find information about returning your parcel in our returns and refunds policy.
